Terms of Sale

Please choose carefully. We do not give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision. You can choose between a refund, exchange or credit where goods are faulty.

Please keep in mind most of our products are handmade and while we strive for consistency across our batches some irregularities are to be expected in colour variations/swirl designs etc between batches.

Our aim is to please, we are a small company and consider customer satisfaction to be our highest priority. If you have a problem with anything you have ordered let us know via email within 5 days of receiving your parcel and we will be only too happy to help.

Return
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. No refunds are available for goods made to order or with custom labels.

Please do not send your purchase back without making contact first.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 days.

Change of Mind & Cancelled Orders
Please note that we have a non-negotiable restocking fee on all canceled orders  - 10% cancellation fee if the item has not been shipped                                            - 25% PLUS Shipping at cost for all orders that are canceled after they have been shipped.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you feel an exchange is required please send us an email at saigescents@gmail.com

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be covered by us.

Please use tracked postage for any items you are returning and allow a reasonable amount of time for the item to be received, processed and a refund issued/replacement product sent.

We strive to make your shopping experience a happy one and if it is not for any reason please don't hesitate to contact us and we will do everything we can to rectify any problems which may arise.
